QUALIFICATIONS Diversified management and engineering background in heavy industry, including the ability to identify & solve safety and root cause issues. * Maintenance Manager: Responsible for managing maintenance personnel and contractors on a day to day basis, including capital projects, while maintaining a high level of safety, prioritizing jobs, and staying within budget. Responsible for all hydraulic systems mill wide, as well as improving hydraulic performance scheduling and training of maintenance personnel. * Project Manager: Effectively manage Millwrights, Electricians & Contractors including planning, scheduling, managing timeline, budget, startup procedures, troubleshooting and operator training. Efficiently promote and address all safety and reliability issues. Initiate and submit timely progress reports. * Facility Manager: Responsible for managing personnel: hire, train, direct and evaluate staff, their output and work quality. Effectively maintain morale, motivation and positive employer employee relations. Communicate and promote safety practices, apply company policies and take efficient and effective corrective action, written and verbally. Compile and submit a timely annual budget.
