Technology has driven me since I was a child. The Quality Assurance Testing and Management field found me, and has since utilized my skills and knowledge of how things work so that I have been able to find and isolate problematic behavior in hardware and software so that development teams could repair the anomalies to provide high quality products to consumers. Managing test projects has allowed me to interface between test engineers and customers to report incidents and project status with detail, yet in a language that non-technical customers could understand. Having the background as a test engineer and management skills has enabled me to better understand technical aspects of a test project while presenting results that could be understood by both technical and non-technical recipients. Testing and Test Management is what I do well and is what continues to drive the high quality and attention to detail that I provide to a project.
