During clinical rotations, I was able to demonstrate my deductive reasoning skills and ability to adapt to the changing work environment. Throughout each rotation, I would surpass the expectations of the staff in my demonstration of my ability to use the necessary equipment and to assess patients using the correct procedures and correct criteria. My communication style with patients is both caring and professional. In emergent situations, I was able to work in the same competent manner as in non-emergent care. In my rotations, I was able to work both independently and alongside staff effectively and with confidence. My education and training have given me the ability to understand the use of various ultrasound system, cross-sectional anatomy, disease processes and evaluation of the resulting data, performing clinical assessments and diagnostic ultrasound examinations in keeping with age specific needs, protocols, and communication of results of diagnostic examinations. I believe professional ethics should be maintained at all times and I am committed to continuing my education to accommodate to the new discoveries in medical science and technologies.
