Highlights:
Though out my military career I have been promoted to the rank of Staff Sargent, which allowed me to develop leadership skills as I managed airmen below me. Also I have had in my current job as a training manager an opportunity to work with Commanders and higher supervision. This has allowed me to learn a lot of leadership qualities from successful leaders.
