Dear Mike, I am enclosing my resume, but also offering my services as a potential associate. I have had some experience in recruitment at an executive level. I believe I am uniquely qualified to act as a professional recruiter for executive level hospital, nursing, and medical staff positions. I would be willing to work a contingency, split fee arrangement, with the anticipation of a more rewarding association/partnership. Often hospital, nursing, and medical staff executives are more open and candid when communicating with someone who has experienced and dealt with the issues on a first-hand basis.
