Project Planning Coordinator

Responsible Sr. Project Coordinator, Production Planner, Scheduler, Technical Writer and System Engineer responsible for weekly and monthly schedules in support for manufacturing, research development and real-time operations to plan inventory data, customer orders, forecasts, tooling, and manufacturing line items. Responsible for spacecraft manufacturing, aircraft maintenance, aircraft safety manuals, training manuals, procedures, flight line safety manuals, electro-mechanical systems, aircraft countermeasures operating procedures, and system-based Ops products (PROCs, displays, mission planning sequences, etc). Responsible for writing System Requirements Specifications (SRS) documentation and schedules for System Design Documentation for developing and delivering complex aircraft systems, satellite systems, spacecraft systems and ground segment maintenance projects. Responsible Project Planner with background in Primavera and Microsoft Project scheduling for production to integrate schedules for all phases of program inception through completion to meet objectives. Responsible Technical Writer for technical documents, manuals, test plans, user manuals, training manuals, design documents, briefings, test reports, and technical documents typical of an engineering environment. Responsible Systems Engineer for the on-orbit overall state of health monitoring and maintenance of spacecraft subsystems and/or sensors with documentation and schedules for real-time operations for spacecraft and ground station system control Coordinated and conducted weekly and bi-weekly meetings with management, technical personnel, internal / external suppliers and customers to execute schedules for military and non-military projects and programs.
