Summary NASA soldering certified (NASA-STD-8739.3 for under microscope soldering (SMT) and through-hole components, packages, cable/wire and other soldered electrical connections. Mil-STD-2000A certified in repair and modified avionics equipment per FAA Standards. J-STD-001 wiring solder, cables, harness and coaxial, ribbon low profile wiring. Proficient in reading blue prints, schematics (electrical and electronic) and various technical documents, manuals, ECO's Performed multilayer circuit board assembly, and modifications able to build prototypes with engineer drawings or verbal instructions. Able to comprehend essential elements of technical information and effectively communicate information to others. Able to read color code and identify components, and symbols electrical-electronic, lockwire, wirewrap, bread boards. Clean room experience., and FAA certified repair station. Bilingual Spanish/English Inspection methods, and tooling QC assembly CCA's and, Soldering Inspection/Assembler assemblies under the microscope for soldering defects wrong or damage parts wrong orientation repair to IPC-STD standards. Wiring of connectors front and back panels fallowing wire list BOM's schematics drawings and engineer notes or verbal instructions. build Cables harness and complete units Verify that all required information was readily available and display correctly. verify paper work is done correctly prepared packages for shipment. Solder through hole and SMT's Electronics/Mechanical assembler, build RF systems drill and tap holes in heat sinks outlined by templates XY installed sub-assemblies build harness, and wired units following drawings, wire list BOM's, electrical schematics, terminating wires with crimping tools or solder to terminal blocks, power supplies or connectors.
