Manufacturing Production Supervisor
I have setup and ran all types of machine's in machine shop enviroment. Programmed, tooled, and processed turning, and gear hobbing operations and the inspection process. All tolerance's where tight all parts are aerospace +/-.0002 hardturn eleminating grinding operation's partnered on processing the mill work but have theability to setup and operate with a process and/or print. I have worked in engineering, machinist, quality, and supervisor. I ran shift of 45 employee's trained new hires and improved production from %60 and maintained %96 plus for three years consecutive. looking for a local machine shop that I can assist machining highly engineeered parts do my part of inspection or promote teamwork and employee empowerment all with the goal of improving gross margins by improvements and cutting any and all fat.
