SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE Planner: Mechanical / Maintenance Planning of work packages to support maintenance and construction efforts, along with decommissioning activities. Senior Technical Support Engineer: Documentation Review 50.54 (f) effort and assisted in developing a database for the 50.54 (f) program. Field Engineer: Performed feasibility walk downs for piping & supports initiated as-built drawings, review of work plan packages, procedure writing, documentation reviews. mechanical verification of valve installations and Limitorque internals, piping systems and supports including, mechanical shock arrestors. Procedure Writer: Developed and Modified Technical, Mechanical, and Operating procedures in support of a Nuclear plant restart. Electrical verifications and walkdowns of: Cable, cable tray / supports, conduit / supports, junction boxes, verification of termination connections, initiated as-built drawings System walk downs, drafting of preliminary drawings to support Design Engineers. Quality Engineer: Certified visual weld examinations per AWS D1.1 and ASME Section III/IX/XI, NDE-liquid dye penetrant (PT) examination on welds per ANSI B31.1 and ASME Codes, pumps, penetration seals, anchors bolts, certified VT-1 thru VT-4 per ASME Section XI Code. Ultrasonic testing (UT) - level I. Safety Analysis training to (50.59) Code. Witnessing the Testing of Piping Systems for proper pressures both Design and operating and the Inspection for Leakage and proper Documentation. System Startup Engineer: Pre-Operation testing of system /components per test procedures.
