Summary of Qualifications * More than thirty-six years of experience in Industrial and Shipyard construction with a specialization in Aircraft Carriers. * Current Pipe Shop Supervisor for General Dynamics/Nassco Norfolk * Experience in the Construction and repair of Naval Vessels and Tankers. * Strong knowledge of the standard practices, processes, materials, tools, and equipment used in building, repairing and refinishing industrial Plants. * Sound knowledge welding in all aspects including Copper Nickel, Stainless, Carbon Steel, Aluminum, and Inconel. * CHT and GRP Piping specializing in Aircraft Carriers * Profound knowledge of the overall industrial construction and repair. * Deep ability to use necessary hand tools and power tools. * Ability to use welding equipment. * Excellent ability to communicate effectively. * Experienced in property management of commercial properties. * Solid ability to provide training and explain instructions and guidelines to others. * Sound ability to organize and coordinate the work of a unit. * In-depth ability to determine priorities and make work assignments. * Knowledge of minor electrical circuitry. * Profound ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others. * Excellent ability to plan and organize work to meet schedules and time lines. * In-depth ability to maintain accurate inventory and work activity records. * Strong ability to work independently with little or no direction.
