Perform duties in heat treating, metallurgy, material processes, materials science, quality control, inspection procedures, engineering mathematics and shop mathematics. Design tools, jigs, fixtures, punch press dies, plastic injection molds, assemblies, prototype, models, components, industrial machinery, production machinery, and machine systems. Perform duties of a Project Manager for machine systems controlling the project from design to delivery. I supervised and coordinated activities of tool makers engaged in production and repair. I developed, coordinated, and monitored all aspects of production, including selection of manufacturing methods, fabrication and operation of product designs. Set up for production runs and research prototype development. Performs preventative maintenance, repairs, and overhauling of machinery.
