I have always excelled in every job aspect that has been put in front of me through my life. Most of my Carrere has been in Construction trade. I choose Industrial coatings 30 yrs ago; I started from ground up worked my way up by learning all aspects of the Industrial coatings. Started with a small company, averaging 500,000 dollars a year, to 4 to 5 million dollars a year. Worked for AEP for about 1 1/2 yrs while working for AEP as coating coordinator I followed a coatings company that was contracted to line recycle tks and we were critical path to finish these tanks with allotted hrs given. if we did not complete on time it would have cost AEP 100,000 thousands of dollars because other crafts would be on standby getting paid, plus also pushing back completion schedule and that meant Millions lost of power company not being able to Generate electric. By micro managing Craft from start to finish, I know the ramifications on not keeping a schedule; the success on a job is what you are given as crafts and the support you get from Corporate . Now everything is based on Quality Control and it is a positive move, by Documenting all aspects of work will not only protect the Client but will also protect the contractor on rework that might come up do to welding ,defects in structure or tanks to be coated. I enjoy the QC part of coatings because it is the future and am not going anywhere and will produce more jobs for the Wright contractor that complies to the Specification written by Client I know the workmanship in the coating trade and I am confident I can incorporate Quality with Production
