My past employers all have come to rely on my abilities to provide them with reliable, seasoned, communication on work progress, solutions to difficult mechanical problems. As a drafter in (auto cad) in both piping and duct systems this exposure enables me to know city code, design and installation of these systems. My past work in commissioning, and trouble shooting of a diverse range of facilities and there systems, allows me too quickly find problems. My ability to resolve anything with-in a facility to include control systems, life safety, has been a plus with gaining customers confidence and trust. I have worked with many Architects / Engineers over the years providing valuable insights to cost effective approaches to renovations in both labor and design cost reductions. I have completed LEED projects in the past, in the NYC area. I have Boiler combustion control experience to the new stand alone control from Honeywell. Have resolved poor performing equipment and systems that have been operating poorly for many years before I reviewed the client complaint and found the proper solution.
