Aircraft Rigging Assembler
I am responsible for operating maintaining and trouble shooting a continuous extrusion blow molding production line. I am also responsible for constantly monitoring and and adjusting all process settings to insure the manufacturing of a quality up to spec product. I also hold the role as the lead mechanic for my plant making me responsible for coordinating all scheduled maintenance and and line improvement tasks to be completed, along with implementing new procedures to insure constant improvement of efficiency and quality. I responsible for documenting production percentages and work performed and needed on production lines, on a daily basis. It is also my responsibility to submit parts inventory and order requests to the maintenance manager. My key role is to be a positive influence and example to other plant employes.
