Traffic/Continuity Manager
-Responsible for daily maintenance of client’s schedule including brand allocation; -Ensuring schedules are airing correctly and efficiently, solving discrepancies in a timely fashion. -Make certain correct copy is received – and airing properly. -Make sure schedules & copy with special circumstances, missing and revised scripts are post properly. -Provide AE & advertisers air-checks. -Work closely with affiliates, monitoring performance to ensure affiliates agreement has been satisfied. -Add and manage new inventory. -Process affiliate monthly affidavits. -Maintain client’s contracts and all account activity for advertisers. -Support AE and ASR on all aspects of AE’s accounts: building solid relationships with ad agencies. -Daily maintenance of client’s media schedules.
