 Competency as a machinist, as a skilled metalworker capable of using machine tools to make parts and repair machines and equipments.

 Planning, scheduling and control of manufacturing activities involved in machines and jigs.  Helping MMD manufacturing associates in day by day jobs.  Discussion with designers regarding problem in drawing and for other drawing related issues which effects manufacturing.  Responsible for shift making of associates.  Generating monthly spare consumption report for each section.  Controlling budget of each section.  Look for opportunities for continuous improvement (Cost reduction).  Control and issuance of tools, cutting blades & other consumables in shop floor.  Making of shift report, shift plan, scrap note, rejection report.  Responsible for calibration and control of Measuring instrument which are used in MMD manufacturing section for part production.  Responsible for Training and training need identification for associates to level up their skills.
