I am a professional test, assembly, and calibration technician, with managerial experience.
I am looking for a long term supervisory relationship in a fast paced manufacturing/production environment in which I can contribute my past success and performance to achieve the companies goals in growth, cost reduction, and quality to further customer satisfaction. I wish to share the skills for lean manufacturing, quality awareness, and continuous improvement through training, to save money, cutting cost to the company and their customers. I look forward to earning a bachelors, and eventual MBA from an as yet undetermined area school. I also will earn a certification in lean from Villanova University through on-line studies.
