I attribute much of my success to my strong work ethic which has been equaled by few spanning over twenty five years of my adult working life. A strong work ethic based on hard work and diligence is a solid foundation, however I possess the ability to self motivate and I am consumed by a commitment for excellence. These elements are crucial to accepting difficult tasks which I found to be a stimulating undertaking and thereby produced desirable results. My knowledge and experience gained while starting in the assistant manager position is invaluable with regards to store operations, store operating systems, people skills and product. In fact, possessing and honing my people skills continues to prove rewarding. I believe establishing trust with people is key to creating an environment that employees gravitate towards thereby reducing employee turnover, achieving company goals and ultimately improving overall organizational performance.
