Communications, Customer Service / Relations, 20 years experience

With more than 20 years of developing an understanding of customer service, I am anticipating a career change from the Retail Sales Industry to using and developing my skills in one of two ways. Either Communications Industry, where communication may be of an intense, or vital nature, such as Labor Relations, Public Relations, (including Public Speaking) or I would like to use my skills in an area where intense inspired creativity is a must. This could be in an Advertising Company, Writer, High-end Landscaping, or Home Design (although not limited to...) Currently I am looking for a full time position and want to become a part of a company, large or small, that is actively, intensely, pursuing their own goals to become a recognized leader, or solidifying themselves, as a leader in their own industry. I want to be a part of a company where my skills can help catapult their bottom line.
