There isn't anyone that thinks like I do. Many companies say they want an "out of the box" thinker, but then when you have one, what do you do with them? Currently I am a Business Manager with the Ewald Automotive Group providing the funding needs and protections products for customers resulting in higher customer satisfaction, retention and profit. Sales is one thing: "take care of your customers and they will take care of you". You don't have to be the least expensive, but screw up more than your competitor and charge more - well you are going to lose that customer. I have over 9 years sales experience selling telecommunications solutions as hunter, farmer and as technical sales support. My experience ranges from simple T1 solutions to complex VPN and Frame networks with more than 90 locations including customer premise equipment ranging from basic routers to Cisco and Nortel VoIP Solution. As for specialties, I am technical, creative, pay attention to detail and find things, fix things, and see things others do not. I have experience in Telecommunications, Technical Sales, Broad Knowledge of LAN, WAN, Cisco, Nortel, VoIP, T1, DS3, OC3, VPN, VLAN, Automotive Finance, Customer Service, Privacy and Finance Compliance. I have owned a coffee shop, been a bicycle messenger in Chicago, drove a Greyhound Bus, drove a forklift, worked at Cirque de Solie. I paint, create, can fix almost anything, and at least get something to work again for a while. Give me a challenge, a problem I will have three solutions, sometimes more, not just one. That's because just one is boring.
