Expand the persipicacity of students and/or employees

I have always maintained a sincere interest in academia, training and leadership. I hold a doctorate degree in Business Administration with emphasis on International Business (DBA/IB). In addition, I am pursuing two additional doctorate degrees, one in Educational Leadership and the other in Organizational Management, and I will graduate with both additional doctorate degrees before December 2011. My training and experience include positions in leadership, decision-making, forecasting, and strategic planning. My strength emerged from my commitment to education, staff training and development, designing and implementing cost-effective programs, and leading national and transnational teams to work constructively toward a common goal while adapting to, and managing change. I also have international experience as Director of Operations, Asia & the Pacific Rim, for a transnational outsourcer of “c” class commodities, hardware, and labels to the computer and electronics industries. This experience is an invaluable educational tool that I share with students and faculty in the public sector, and management in the private sector, to enhance their awareness about differentiations in customs, cultures and ethnicities, and expand their perspicacity about globalization and the global marketplace.
