Summary Injection Molding Machine Engineering Technician. Expertise is troubleshooting plastic part failure from material and molding process perspectives. Fourteen years' experience in the automated industry working on: maintenance, process improvement, troubleshooting, installation and repair of Injection molding machines. Extensive and thorough knowledge with machines such as: * Husky injection molding system * Nissei America Inc. * Cincinnati injection molding * LG injection molding * Japanese steel work (JSW) * Engel vertical injection * LG Gold star * Arburg injection molding machine * HPM America machinery * Netstal injection molding machines. Tonnage Range 250 to 2100, hot runner systems. Process Engineering function consisting of developing, improving, analyzing molding processes. Optimized injection molding processes by using process experience in Injection Molding Techniques. Train new personnel in installation, maintenance, repairs, and operation of automated injection molding machines ensuring correct procedures and documentation were followed for (FDA, ISO, and BSI) purposes. Experienced working in a high-speed, high-tech production environment performing well under pressure with a high level of accountability, trust, and unquestionable integrity.
