My goal is to find a position where I can use the skills I learned over 25 years of experience as a home health nurse. I love home health and enjoy my patients. I would like a position where my skills and experience are valued. I do not want to be just another cookie cutter type nurse who is interchangeable with any other nurse. I value my own work ethic and my care for my patients, and my perfect position would be at an agency that feels the same about its home health clinical staff.
