I think I would be a good fit to any asphalt paving company . I have started out paving as a laborer and worked my way up into different position. I ran topside, screed and been a forman, superintendent and estimator. I feel I am best at superintendent working with crews and helpng do whatever is needed to get done on time and under budget.
