Maintenance mechanic/electrician

To whom it may concern, When I saw this position I thought it was a job perfectly suited to my set of skills. In the past ten years I have worked as a maintenance mechanic either helping the supervisor of the building or being asked to change out the baluster in a lighting fixture, add a new circuit/circuits for outlets, welders, for new and old machines. I have also learned a little bit about oil burners and steam generators and Hvac systems, changing out air filters, and adjusting belts or changing them. Mechanically there is not much that I have not done within a commercial building. I am well suited for all facets of general maintenance, having experience in capentry, plumbing, etc. I have also built all the extensions on my former house and passed all New York State inspections.
