My experience includes; restaurants, hotel and convention organizations, golf and banquet facilities, as well as high end off site catering. I bring knowledge of both the kitchen and the business side of food service. During the first 20 years of my career I filled every position in the kitchen, from busboy, to line cook, and finally working side by side with 3 Culinary Institute of America graduates.
