As a GM I was in charge of recruiting,inventory,pay roll, food cost control,labor control,logistics,I was in charge of our national account helping other franchises with their orders and deliveries, maintenance of establishment, I am a very agressive person (job wise), very dedicated towards my goals, and always there when needed; in my almost 9 yrs I took 4 sick days off and vacation whenever I could. I also worked as a District Manager and Director of operations with our 7 Utah stores. Before this Job I worked doing logistics for a transportation company (Fortune Caasuals) in Tijuana,Mex, the company was in LA,CA, so spanish was very important as english when it came to customes, it was a very stresfull job but I loved it until compay decided to close our Mexican branch and I couldn't move to LA, since I lived in Chula Vista,Ca. My work ethics are wide but preicised, I like things done fast and well.
