Major Responsibilities
I have been responsible for all aspects of employees in my production career including interviews, hiring, supervision of day-to-day activities including prioritization of work assignments and evaluations. I am also familiar with 5S and Six Sigma practices. I have knowledge of tools, practice, and documentation to establish standard work procedures to ensure stable plant operations in any environment. Implementing improvements with the use of tracking processes for Plant Managers knowing where every part is, has been and will be improves the purchase tracking system to ensure communication between department heads is more accurate, inventory numbers are correct, and demands are met accurately. It is an accomplishment when you can guarantee your customers their parts will be out the door before the due dates.
