I am an experienced technical trainer, project manager, and courseware developer/instructional designer. In addition I have also worked as a consultant in the areas of project management for clients in both the private and public sectors. Over the past 25 years I have managed development and training projects, written custom courseware, as well as designed eLearning programs for various software applications and industries, including several federal government agencies, large corporations, and non-profit agencies. I would love to be a part of a dynamic team so I may use my knowledge and skills to develop training programs using adult learning principles and instructional design tools, and software, as well as developing various training programs that are dedicated to quality client service, proactive and responsive to client needs with a strong orientation to customer satisfaction.
