Maintenance Director
To whom it may concern, Following is my resume for the Maintenance Director position at your facility. I have been in the maintenance profession for 29 years, first as a field worker and currently as the maintenance director at a senior living community. I direct and coordinate the activities of the staff involved in building maintenance and housekeeping as well as performing daily building maintenance.
