Medical Laboratory Technician

To demonstrate excellence in customer service and public relations to promote a positive, professional image in the laboratory environment. Skilled in calibrating, maintaining, and troubleshooting to ensure the accurate and precise operation of laboratory instrumentation. Experience and knowledge of testing, documenting, and accessing of quality control protocols and requirements. Responsible for the development, implementation, and the necessity of updating current laboratory policies and procedures. Experience and knowledge of maintaining all testing logs, quality assurance logs, CLIA testing/documenting protocol regulations, and the familiarity of MSDS documentation maintenance. Obtaining above average ability in establishing work priorities and the handling of several procedures simultaneously while demonstrating compliance in all safety, OSHA, and CLIA rules and regulations.
