Description
SUMMARY * A Senior Engineering Test Technician with extensive experience supporting the testing, maintenance, and repair of electro-mechanical systems within the Medical Technology industry * Strong background developing and executing test plans and test procedures to optimize system performance for various medical technologies including cardiac surgery instrumentation, medical immune systems, and blood fractionation centrifuges * Support the development, improvement, and release of testing and validation programs including test fixture fabrication and build, test fixture integration (software and hardware), C/C++ programming for process automation, and data acquisition and instrument control using LabVIEW * Experience conducting root cause analysis and troubleshooting analog and digital circuits, Data Acquisition IEEE & RS 232 interfaces, and pneumatic valves * Test and qualify production sub-assemblies for use in various medical equipment * Experience performing EMI and EMC tests for Photo-Electric sensors * Hands-on experience operating analog and digital oscilloscopes, signal generators, frequency counters, LCZ meters, spectrometers, multimeters, data acquisition units, NdYad, CO2, Argon, and HeNe Lasers * Highly skilled in assessing and manipulating data using MS Excel to record and present data test reports, project summaries, and statistical analysis
