SUMMARY OF CAPABILITIES: * Process systems design: Including flow calculations, equipment selection, P&ID development, duct & pipe sizing, pump, equipment and valve selection. I am familiar with Industrial Steam Boilers, Cooling Towers, Chillers, Heaters and other process equipment. I am also knowledgeable in Ducting Systems, HVAC Systems, Fire Protection Sys- tems and Plumbing Systems design. * Control Systems Design: Including Piping & Instrument Diagrams and, review of electrical schematics and PLC logic programming. * Piping Design: Equipment specification and layout of equipment, piping, and ducting, systems. Produce plans, sections, detail drawings, isometrics and bill of materials as required for fabrica - tion, and construction. Produce OEM documentation, manuals, spare parts list and compile on CD rom. * Field Start-up and Trouble Shooting: Including electrical, instrumentation, process control, pneumatics, piping systems and PLC logic.
