Customer Service Specialist

I am seeking to obtain a challenging position that would utilize my background in a customer service area. I was employed by Anthem BC & BS for over ten years before my current position as an Inflight Training Instructor. With my Customer Service background developed through several years of experience I would like the opportunity for professional growth based on performance. I have background experience in management, research, problem solving, tracking, and communicating changes and potential service issues to both the customer and internal company staff. My experience also include fulfillment of customer needs and ensuring customer satisfaction with effectively communicating with both internal and external customers. I am looking for a new career which I can utilize my strengths from working with the public over the past 20 years. Review of my past employment will show that I have experience in customer service and loading of information into the computer system using Microsoft applications.
