My career to this point has focused on gaining knowledge and learning the many facets of construction. My next position should be with an organization that will appreciate my many attributes and allow me to use them in way that mutually benefits both me and the company. I see the future as being a profitable one for the individual that can realize where our economy is going, by this I mean I see a future where remodeling and refurbishing existing buildings is going to take president over new buildings. For years it has been demolish and rebuild costs where not the major issue. I have watched many fine buildings fall, the architecture lost and the sediment the of those that have come to see that same buildings as a part of their community pushed to the wayside all in the name of progress, that was then this now. This next phase of my career must include a company that is willing to look at my strengths and allow me the opportunity to use them in a way that will set the stage for the next project, a future with a company that is not so large that you are just an employee number, I looking to be part of a team a team that nourishes and builds upon the strengths of their employees.
