Currantly am in charge of medical records for several nursing homes throughout the state, including receiving documents from doctors/nurses for medication/treatment/oxygen etc. orders, typing said documents into computer system and generating kardex's for the nurse's to sign off on as they administer said treatment.
There is more than one responsibility that with this current position.
