Assistant Project Manager - Construction Management and General Construction

As a key player in the construction industry, I am currently seeking opportunities in construction project management or facilities building management. My broad experience lies with interior projects such as high end luxury retail, corporate offices, health spa/gymnasiums and institutional projects, but have also worked on an out-of-ground project, several major building renovation projects, Local Law 11 compliance and roofing projects. I commit myself to laborious efforts in order to deliver quality projects on schedule, maintain accurate project documentation and remain in constant dialog with the design team, client and the construction team to achieve common goals. Once the project is completed, all close out materials are delivered to the client and end user in an efficient and timely manner. I am constantly seeking challenges where I can always continue to hone my skills and dexterity.
