I have over 32 years of experience in the construction field, in both residential as well as commercial. I have 25 years experience in purchasing all materials and equipment needed for the company I am with. I have been responsible for maintaining inventory and auditing of materials for year end bookkeeping. I do not have a college degree, but I have been doing new and remodel construction work most of my life. I have overseen as many as 50 to 60 subs and employees at any given time. I have run jobs that required me to oversee every aspect of the job including all inspections. I am 46 years of age and have been in the construction industry since I was 13 years of age. We owned a family business and The company I am with now is one of the largest residential drywall companies in Middle Tennessee and we also do a fair amount of commercial framing, drop ceilings, and drywall. I also have painters and trim crews that work for us. I have done all aspects of construction over the years, including some heavy equipment work. I have overseen most every aspect of running the company including all safety regulations. I was in charge of making sure that all subcontractors and employees followed OSHA codes and that all equipment is also up to codes and working properly. I also have over 20 years experience running forklifts and several other pieces of heavy equipment. I feel competent in my ability to perform to your expectations. I have a strong work ethic and believe in performing all duties to the best of my ability, as a team player or as a leader.
