History of clerk-of-works and maintenance officer: : 1997 to 1999 with consulting firm as contract clerk-of-works control all civil & structural, mechanical & electrical, road & drainage, architectural cum site meeting, correspondence letters, liaise with architect and consultants for high-rise building (Petaling Jaya, T.N.B.headquarter). : 2002 to 2013 with developer company as clerk-of-works to control all piling, civil & structural, road & drainage, architectural, mechanical & electrical, landscape works, correspondence letters, liaise with architects and consultants for houing scheme. : 2013 to 2015 as maintenance offical attend purchase complant and issue defect list for contractor to rectify work. Maintaining period of landscape work and handover to authorities.
