He began his HVAC Career in the United State Marine Corp, which encouraged him to study Facility Management after four years he began to further is ability by entering Durham Technical Community College to achieve a diploma in the Installation and repair of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, upon completion of this task he went on to the installation and service of Residential HVAC to include 1.5 tons to twenty tons of cooling in homes valuing Eighty thousand to 2 Million dollars for single and Multi-family dwelling, after ten year of achieving this goal he went on to the installation and repair to commercial Property, buildings maintaining twenty tons to twenty five thousand tons of cooling In the pursuit of excellence Gary went on to further his education at North Carolina State to achieve his Diploma in Energy Management, Energy Savings in Advanced HVAC Systems, Hot Topics in HVAC. He then went on to pursue the Electrical Maintenance: Controls 1 & 2, Electrical Maintenance: Controls 3 & 4, Electrical Maintenance: Control Equipment 5 & 6 upon completion of this task he went on to Eaton Electrical to receive the 9000x variable Speed Drives Commissioners Certification, he went on to the American Auto Matrix Automation and controls certification 1 & 2, he achieved a certification for Venting Installation/ Application for Boilers with Condensing Vents, Certification by Energy Automation Technologies for HVAC Controls and troubleshooting, A Certification from the Law Engineering & Environmental Service, Inc. for Lockout/ Tagout OSHA 1910.147, on to Ferris State University for Refrigeration Transition And Recovery Certification Universal, he Achieved a certification for Residential Air Flow & Duct Design and a certification for Carrier Infinity Technical Training, Gary went on to complete a certification from Ecolab for Cleanliness, continuing his education to achieve a certificate of completion for the course on Facilities Management at Rockhurst University and to achieve a certification for Asbestos Operation and Maintenance/Class -3, he further went on to achieve a certification from Siemens Building Technologies for the 5-60 Apogee Work station Operations and a certification from North Carolina Central University in Quality Service Initiative, All these accomplishment came out of North Carolina, he now resides in Atlanta, Georgia where he is now pursuing to achieved his HVAC Heating group1, 2 &3 in the state of Georgia.
