My grandfather, the inventor of the tamper-evident milk screw cap and neck finish, started Nepco in 19XX. While other kids my age were fixing up cars, I chose to work on injection and blow molding machines. I started my career as a regrinder and worked my way up the ranks. When the family business was sold in 1995, I continued my career as a maintenance manager and service technician, working for various packaging manufacturers and OEMs including Engel and Nestal. As my resume indicates, I have installed, rebuilt, and maintained many generations of injection molding equipment, including the newest technologies in use today. I have also applied my knowledge of continuous process improvement to inventory management and preventive maintenance systems to ensure cost efficient ordering and consistent production of quality parts every cycle. As a supervisor and service technician, production has always been my top priority. I strive to set an example for my employees and build strong working relationships with customers by treating people with respect and by maintaining high standards of service. Even after spending my lifetime in this business, I still enjoy what I do and continue to try to grow my knowledge through training and new experiences. After many years on the road as a service technician, I am seeking a role as maintenance manager that involves limited travel. I am willing to relocate and make any part of the US home.
