My career objective is to provide the best possible quality care to all patient that i come in contact with.Teaching is an ultimate goal in conjuction with providing care based upon outcome goals. The advocatation,education,and the reduction of hospitalizations which is cost effective and provides the patient with the positive quality of life ,being at home in the community. Being in the home is cost effective reduces nosicomial infections, decreases hospital stays, which also decreases the pshycological and physiological stessors on the patient. Meeting the above conditions provides a win win situation for all involved in providing patient care.With a 20+ years career it is my goal to return to school to obtain my BSN and MSN to be manager in this field where there is going to be another nursing shortage to provide guidance to the novice nursing recruite.
