Dear Sir, I respectfully submit my resume for your review. I have an extensive management background and feel that I could be a valuable addition to your organization. I have spent fifteen to twenty years in each of two fields, all in management. The most enjoyable position I have ever held was that of District Manager for a large Burger King Franchisee. In the five years I was employed, they began with two locations and in five years grew to twenty eight. I really enjoyed hiring, developing, and training managers to build a strong team to increase sales and achieve our districts goals. I was also in charge of the company wide POS system. This included maintenance, programming, updates, and troubleshooting both over the phone and on site. Beginning in 2009 I was employed for 17 months with a storm restoration company that was primarily a Roofing Company. I started a Window Division for them and for the first 8 months they went from nothing to $2.1 Million in Windows volume. The Programs I designed and presented for the rollout of this additional income source for the Company proved to be very successful. The organization was on track for $15 million for the calendar year 2010. Employment separation occurred in the third quarter due to lack of compensation increases, moral, and business practices. Contracting companies. I accepted a position with my present employer. The lack of any sales force created a need to develop additional systems to attract, hire and develop Sales Managers and Sales team members. The lack of success by others promted my appointment to Chief Operations Officer. The programs established proved to be successful in attracting staff, both Sales Managers and Sales Staff.
