I am looking to join an organization that will allow me to work with a staff that is willing to meet or exceed customer service requirements. With the ability to build and show accountability for those requirements and work toward an all for one team goals. I will independently examine and analyze the team’s performance against measured services and operational goals. Driving the team to identify and implement process improvements and encourage ownership and group participation in the improvement initiatives. Everyone should work toward being a process expert and resource to his or her team. I will help prepare for and or conduct presentations for the management team to try to exceed business expectations. While helping provide a stable structure of coaching and counseling to direct our one team one goal to get the job done on a daily bases.
