Packaging process quality engineer

I am writing to express my interest the position of Production Supervisor. I am a detail oriented Process Quality engineer, packaging specialist, designer, technical representative and project manager with extensive experience in mechanical engineering in consumer packaged goods, agriculture and pharmaceutical industries. Throughout my career I have worked on many complex projects identifying problems and providing cost effective solutions while increasing efficiency and reducing production down time. Some design duties I have been involved with include machine and handling component design for packaging machinery. I have recently graduated in the Process Quality Eng. Program that was offered at Conestoga College. I have been certified as an ASQ Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB). The PQE program has given me core competencies so I can apply the quality techniques and procedures to solve problems related to the quality of goods, eliminate waste and affect significant reductions in process performance.
