Directly Organize projects and establish work priorities for timely processing of workflow for 25 mechanics, oversee extensive hands on training program for all new packaging mechanics as well as cGMP training. Analyze and resolve work problems, or assist workers in solving work problems. Manage daily activities of maintenance mechanics for all packing equipment. Performs F.A.T (Factory Acceptance Test) off site locations. Directs workers engaged in dismantling, assembling, and installing industrial machinery. Assist workers in diagnosing malfunctions in machinery and equipment based on observation of machinery. Train all packaging mechanics on primary and secondary packaging equipment high speed rotary machines, intermittent motion machines. Doboy wrappers, Alloyd Press carding lines, various tip-on machines liquid, cream, powder, solid dose machines, Bivans Cartoners, Bottling equipment induction sealers Surecap Cappers Top/Sidesert Machine Labelers photo electric sensors registration systems electro P.L.S switches Axon Sleeving machine. Manage an aggressive Preventive Maintenance Program to minimize production down time, maximize production efficiency. Ordering and maintaining spare parts inventory, while working closely with outside vendors. Working closely with our Engineering Department with all new line layouts and existing layouts supervise 20 to 50 employees in the Production Department. Interprets company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations. Recommend measures to improve production methods equipment performance and quality of product. Initiate or suggest plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals. Training of production workers planning work assignments. Appraising performance rewarding and disciplining employees.
