I am highly familiar with all relative rent collections, Handle all City Code Compliances avoiding violations and fees, Fair Housing Laws and Standards, as well as to how to monitor the market conditions and suggests new programs and services to generate income. With excellent communication, persuasive negotiation skills, dealt extensively with the public, solving City complaints, vendor contracts, and tenants requests in a businesslike manner.
