Central Processing Supervisor CSPT- Hospital Inventory Affiliate Management

My carrer objective is gather all my experience as a certified central processing tech and supervisor help improve the structure and productivity of the facility by engaging the team of employees committing themselves to produce quality work and customer service. This will help make their work place stand out above the rest.I will use my skills as a Sigma Six yellow belt for process improvement along with the Kizain project to educate the staff on how to help with there expertise on ways to improve every day task and creat a atmospher of ownnership of their work enviroment. Not just tradtional task that are know longer valid. My knowlege of All surgical procedures will allow me to help provide and keep up policies concerning surgical services.having had the oportunity to work in all functions of central processing and dstribution I have a vision as the tech would visualize the best work enviroment and as a leader of the department. My goal would then be the manager of the state of the art department that is know for team work Qaulity service.It takes every link to have a strong chain I just want to be the hook that fasten it togather.
