More specifically, my experience includes the design and engineering team involvement, entitlements, estimating, purchasing, scheduling while monitoring and analyzing the critical path of each project, assuring that there are no gaps or overlaps that could cause a delay of completion and expense to the projects budget. In addition, I examine all construction techniques being applied and have reviewed the manpower requirements necessary through each phase of construction in order to determine the lead time tasks that affect the critical path of the projects. I relate well with owners, architects, engineers and the project work force, always keeping the project objectives in focus, while pursuing the most efficient means of production, quality construction and all profit maximizing measures. My experience in the industrial, large medium and small commercial and residential markets within the Coal and uranium mining, Aerospace and defense, Oil and gas, Resource recovery, Retail, Office and Multi family has been a great value to projects throughout the western portion of the United States.
