Ensuring all safety rules and regulations are followed. Good housekeeping is done on a as you go bases. Making sure all equipment is checked daily, along with making sure all employees wear their proper PPE at all times. Currently in charge of 12 people and 14 pieces of equipment. From November 8 2012 Till Feb. 2013 2nd Shift Lead Duties Receiving and Replenishment Ensuring all Trucks received is checked counted and Put a Way correctly and timely with as few mistakes as possible. In charge of eight to ten employees making sure that all equipment warehouse personel work safe. Safety and Good housekeeping is always number one.
